Thank you for considering Kore Mental Health as your new practice. My name  is Kierston Hurst,  I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Before practicing psychiatry , I was an Emergency room RN for 10 years. While in the Emergency room my passion for mental health grew, I was able to see how underserved the population was and how many were just seeking someone to listen and understand.

I built Kore Mental Health because I understand. Kore is derived from the basic word Core. It is then founded on the principal of the scripture Proverbs 23:7 "For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he". Kore simply means the inner, most essential , foundational part of something (You)!
